About FGL

This is my corner of the internet—a space to explore the world in all its forms: the mundane, the magical, and the momentous. Along the way I collect lessons, laughter, and little luxuries, sharing them here as essays, travel guides, snapshots, and curated favorites.

At its heart, Field Guide to Living is about telling the truth—even when it’s uncomfortable—while also finding the humor in the absurd, and the beauty in the everyday. I believe in growth that’s messy, in honesty that’s brave, and in laughter that softens the sharp edges.

I don’t have it all figured out (spoiler: none of us do), but this is my place to write it down, share what I’ve learned, and maybe make someone else feel a little less alone in the process.
